A Brief History of HCS Corporation

Herculean Concrete Systems, Inc. was established in 2003. The company was registered with the state of Idaho and it was started to fill a need for small commercial concrete services to its customer base in the Treasure Valley area. The company focused on small commercial buildings and construction concrete services.

HCS, Inc. specializes in construction, footings, foundations, slab on grades, sidewalks, piers, valley gutters, pedestrian ramps, in-fill slabs, stairs and curb & gutter. Also, HCS, Inc., services larger residential concrete needs for fill in work around the commercial projects. Residential needs for sidewalks, large patios, driveway, detached garage (footings, foundations & slab of grade), as well as, 4-plex (footings, foundations & slab of grade) can be completed.

HCS Corporation was established in 2017 with the state of Idaho and purchased the assets of Herculean Concrete Systems, Inc., on June 1, 2017. HCS Corporation maintained a seamless transition from the previous ownership to the current ownership. HCS Corporation

Our Management Team

Glenn Wiedmeier, MBA, President

Glenn leads the company by performing oversight of day-to-day operations, recruiting excellent talent, develop work schedules, provide fiduciary duties to stakeholders, and evaluate the company’s financial progress. Glenn worked for 4 years in road construction during the summer months while paying his way through college. He has 3 years of experience with the management team at American Paving Company. Glenn has over 15 years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, estimating, monitoring operation progress, performance, monitoring cost and execution of company goals.

Glenn is a native of Idaho. He enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and kayaking in the great outdoors of Idaho.

Glenn received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.

Lisa Wiedmeier, Vice President

Lisa guides the company by performing office operations, accounting functions, website design, employee benefit package and human resource functions. Lisa has 25 years of bookkeeping, office management, and business organization experience. She has been the owner of a small bookkeeping company for 25 years and provides QuickBooks experience to HCS Corporation.

Lisa enjoys writing young adult novels and self-published 7 books with a large following on Pinterest who watch her creativity come out through DIY.

Cody Wiedmeier, BS, Lead Estimator

Cody directs the company by performing plan take-offs, cost estimates, bidding documents, accurate quantities, analyze scope of work, and review plan schedules. He also assists with accounting functions and other administrative assignments. Cody spent 2 years in the field at HCS Corporation with building footings, foundations, slabs, sidewalks, retaining walls, curb & gutters.

Cody enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting in the backwoods of Idaho.

Cody received a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Resources from the University of Idaho.

Rob Mansfield, Construction Superintendent

Rob assists the company by performing foreman/crew supervision, setting goals, collaboration with other on-site, plan concrete progress, monitor safety guidelines, order job materials, resolve discrepancies and coach foreman/crew members.

Rob enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and hanging with his family.
